They have found a new type of person!
It's called a "Hobbit" and it was a very small race of people.
Some people say they're still out there, 'coz there's heaps of sitings of them every year.

We had a few dinosaurs bigger than T-Rex, in Australia.
We also had a long necked dino that was very big.

When we were apart of Gondwanaland we were apart of south America and Africa.
Around that time the inland sea didn't exist, so we had the biggest animals in the world and some of them were as big as blue whales.

You may not think this but we're living on one of the oldest land mases on the planet, so if you want to take a risk and see some big dinosaurs click here if not then be a chicken.

In Australia there is a type of worm that has been found and it's the first animal to have had sex.
Now, I know it's a bit rude to phrase it like that but they are, in fact they're one of the first animals on earth to create the next generation by mating.

They're a type of tube worm, you know, the ones at the very bottom of the sea, anyway they're a type of worm that's not like your garden worm.
They had no mouth as far as we know and they were stuck to the ground like sea weed.

By the way, I just read about this guy who is blind but he's a geologist.

Now you may think, "this guy is making it up" but it's true.
He came from the England in the 1980's.
He's looking for the Templars treasure, which is thought to be in Europe.
He's also done a lot of research about them so he can get a clue to where the treasure lies.
No one knows where it is though, so he'll be lucky if he finds it.
I think he will, even if he's blind, I still think he'll find it.
